ABOUT DIANA MELENDEZ
Based in Austin, TX, Diana Melendez (she/her) is a first-generation attorney from El Paso, TX. Diana serves and assists immigrant and BIPOC entrepreneurs and business owners by helping them set up a solid legal foundation that will help protect their business and their family through business and estate planning. Her background in immigration law also helps her be in a unique position to assist businesses that are owned by mixed-status families. Her mission is to help individuals, families, and businesses to not only survive but thrive through essential legal services and planning.

Diana is a staunch community advocate. She is the co-founder and CEO of the Womxn of Color Collective, she serves on the board of Latinitas, and is a Commissioner for the City of Austin's Commission for Women.
